The Shawtys/Grappa rewards card is issued by and remains the property of Shawtys Limited which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the scheme; (b) decline to issue Shawtys/Grappa cards; (c) withdraw or cancel Shawtys/Grappa cards or points collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the reward card scheme;
All participants in the Shawtys/Grappa rewards scheme must be resident in New Zealand and aged 16 years or over.
The Shawtys/Grappa card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person whose signature is on the card.
Members may be removed from the scheme at any time at the discretion of Shawtys Ltd.
Your Shawtys/Grappa card can only be used at Shawtys Restaurant and Grappa Bar. It cannot be used as a credit card or a guarantee card.
The Shawtys/Grappa rewards scheme is only for personal and consumer use. Shawtys/Grappa Points and Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, pooled or in any way traded.
Your Shawtys/Grappa card cannot be used for corporate catering orders.
Tax invoices for work carried out on site are not eligible for loyalty discounts on in store purchases. Tax invoices for 30 day accounts holders are not eligible for loyalty discounts on in store purchases.
Your date of birth (day and month only) are requested so we can remind you via Email to visit in your birthday month to redeem your free gift. If we do not have your Email address we will not be able to remind you so please advise us of your Email address as soon as possible so we can make sure you do not miss out.
We may occasionally send you special offers or important messages via your Email address. If you do not wish to receive these in future you can opt out by replying with the subject line “opt out” and we will remove you from this list but this will also remove you from the birthday reminders list.

Points To collect points for a transaction in-store, your Shawtys card must be presented at the register. Points will be credited to your card for food/drink items that you buy during the normal opening hours. Certain products may be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Shawtys. Points may not be awarded in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
Points can be earned on any transaction amount. One point shall be awarded for every dollar spent. Shawtys/Grappa shall be entitled at any time to cancel points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent points value. Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower points value Shawtys shall be entitled to cancel the balance of points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.
The current redemption value of points is one point equals ten cents. These points can be redeemed on items at Shawtys/Grappa. Shawtys reserves the right to vary the points value and the times at which points can be redeemed at any time.
Vouchers Shawtys reserve the right at any time to convert rewards points to Vouchers with equivalent value. Vouchers will be mailed or emailed to the account holder. Vouchers' terms and conditions and expiry dates may be found on the back of the Vouchers.
General Accounts that remain dormant for more than 6 months may be cancelled by Shawtys Limited and all points null and voided.
